Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Trend & Brand LLC (a Wyoming, USA limited liability company) and Trend & Brand (Private) Limited (a Pakistan-incorporated private company) — together referred to as "Trend & Brand", "we", "us", or "our" — collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit trendandbrands.shop, contact us, or use our B2B and e-commerce services.
If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us at official@trendandbrands.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate our website and respond to your inquiries. Specifically:
- Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, inquiry type, and message content when you complete our contact form, request a B2B partnership, or apply for a job.
- Automatic information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the time and date of your visit. This is collected via cookies, server logs, and web analytics tools.
- Order & transaction data: if you place an order through our retail or wholesale channels, we receive name, shipping address, billing address, contact details, and order contents. Payment card data is processed by our payment providers and is never stored on our servers.
- Cookies & similar technologies: see Section 6 below.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to inquiries, quotation requests, and partnership applications.
- Process and fulfill retail and wholesale orders.
- Provide customer support and post-sale communications.
- Improve our website, products, and services through analytics.
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in the United States, Pakistan, and any market we ship into.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Send service-related emails (e.g., order confirmations). We send marketing communications only with your explicit opt-in consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the UK, EU, or EEA, we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: (a) your consent; (b) performance of a contract with you; (c) compliance with legal obligations; or (d) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business — provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (web hosting, email delivery, payment processing, shipping carriers, analytics) — and only to the extent necessary for their services.
- Marketplace partners (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.) — when you transact with us through those platforms, the platform's own privacy policy applies in addition to ours.
- Legal authorities when required by valid law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — subject to the same protections described here.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. Cookies fall into the following categories:
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function (e.g., maintaining your cookie consent preference).
- Analytics cookies — help us understand visitor behavior in aggregate (e.g., Google Analytics). These run only after you accept cookies via our consent banner.
- Advertising cookies — if we serve third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense) in the future, those services may use cookies to deliver relevant ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our on-site consent banner.
7. Third-party services we use
The following third parties may process limited personal data on our behalf, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics
- Google Fonts & Google AdSense (where applicable)
- Cloudflare / Hostinger — web hosting and security
- Email service providers — for transactional and inquiry email
- Payment processors — Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or similar (when you complete a purchase)
- Marketplace platforms — Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Alibaba
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Inquiry messages are typically retained for up to 24 months; order records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with US and Pakistani tax and trade regulations.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the UK (UK GDPR), and the European Union (GDPR) have additional rights — including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email official@trendandbrands.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secured server access, and limited employee access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Our operations are located in the United States and Pakistan. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own — including jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required by law, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
12. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent changes. Significant changes will be highlighted on our homepage or via email where appropriate.
