1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using trendandbrands.shop (the "Site") or any service operated by Trend & Brand LLC (Wyoming, USA) and Trend & Brand (Private) Limited (Pakistan) — together "Trend & Brand", "we", "us" — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase or enter into a B2B agreement with us. By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, server, or related systems;
• Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access content except where expressly permitted (e.g., search-engine crawlers);
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing;
• Misrepresent your identity, company, or authority to enter contracts.

4. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product details, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and refuse or cancel orders at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Wholesale and B2B pricing is provided on request and is subject to minimum order quantities, payment terms, and a written agreement.

5. Orders and payment

An order placed through our retail channel constitutes an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation. Payment must be received in full before goods are shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing for B2B accounts. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed and are subject to applicable taxes and duties.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Shipping terms, delivery windows, and risk-of-loss provisions are described in our Shipping Policy. For B2B shipments, Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP) will be specified on the commercial invoice and govern the transfer of risk and title.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Wholesale orders, custom-labeled products, and food-grade agricultural items may be subject to limited or no return rights for hygiene and safety reasons. Specific terms will be set out in your B2B agreement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, code, and software — is the property of Trend & Brand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except that you may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

"Trend & Brand" and our logo are trademarks of Trend & Brand LLC. Third-party trademarks (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba, JBL, Logitech, Jabra, Zero Lifestyle, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

9. User-submitted content

If you submit any content to us — through the contact form, careers page, or otherwise — you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing services, and operating our business. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and marketplaces (e.g., trendandbrands.shop, Amazon, Shopify). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trend & Brand, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trend & Brand and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, for matters relating to Trend & Brand LLC, and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for matters relating to Trend & Brand (Private) Limited — without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming, USA, or Lahore, Pakistan, as applicable.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
