Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
Trend & Brand ships consumer orders to most countries served by our marketplace partners (Amazon USA, UK, and Canada; eBay; and our Shopify store). Bulk B2B and agricultural-export consignments are shipped worldwide subject to the destination country accepting the relevant phytosanitary and food-safety documentation.
Some destinations may be restricted because of customs rules on food, agricultural products, or controlled botanicals — we will let you know at the time of order if this affects you.
2. Order processing time
Retail orders placed before 14:00 PKT on a business day are typically processed within 1–2 business days. B2B orders are processed against the timeline agreed in the relevant pro-forma invoice or sales contract, which depends on lot availability, packaging, fumigation, and document preparation.
3. Retail shipping options and times
- Amazon orders: Delivery is handled by Amazon under their Prime / standard schedules and is shown at checkout.
- eBay orders: Delivery times are shown on each listing.
- Shopify (trendandbrands.shop) orders: Standard international delivery is typically 7–14 business days. Express options are available at checkout where supported.
Estimates exclude customs clearance time, which can vary. Tracking numbers are emailed once an order is dispatched.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs for retail orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Where a marketplace (Amazon, eBay) sets shipping, the marketplace's terms apply. B2B freight is quoted per consignment in the pro-forma invoice based on the agreed Incoterm.
5. Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international retail orders, the recipient is the importer of record. Any customs duty, VAT/GST, or import tax levied by the destination country is the responsibility of the recipient and is not included in the price of goods or shipping. We declare goods accurately on the commercial invoice and cannot under-declare value.
6. B2B freight and Incoterms
B2B and agricultural-export shipments are typically quoted on one of the following Incoterms 2020 bases:
- FOB (Free on Board) Karachi or Port Qasim: Risk and cost transfer to the buyer once goods are loaded on the vessel at the named port.
- CFR / CIF named destination port: We arrange and pay ocean freight (and insurance, in the case of CIF) to the destination port. Risk transfers at the loading port.
- EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges all transport from our warehouse / factory.
The applicable Incoterm is stated on the pro-forma invoice and bill of lading. Buyers are strongly encouraged to insure the cargo against marine risks unless we are insuring on their behalf under CIF.
7. Documentation
Standard export documents accompany every B2B consignment:
- Commercial invoice;
- Packing list;
- Bill of lading (or air waybill);
- Certificate of origin;
- Phytosanitary certificate (for agricultural products);
- Fumigation certificate (where required by the destination);
- Any additional certificates requested in the contract (Halal, organic, lab analysis, etc.).
Document copies are emailed to the buyer once the vessel sails; originals are couriered or released against payment per the contract.
8. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If a retail shipment is delayed beyond its tracking estimate, contact us at official@trendandbrands.com and we will investigate with the carrier. For B2B shipments, claims for loss, short shipment, or damage are made under the cargo insurance policy and supported by photographs, packing lists, surveyor reports, and the bill of lading.
9. Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. The cost of re-shipment is the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our side.
