These terms govern your use of trendandbrands.com (the “Site”), operated by Trend&Brand through Trend&Brand LLC and Trend&Brand Private Limited. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Purchases on trendandbrands.shop are governed by that marketplace’s own terms.

Use of the Site

The Site describes Trend&Brand’s services and lets visitors send enquiries and apply for published roles. Please don’t try to disrupt the Site, submit false or malicious information, upload harmful files, or scrape content for unauthorised commercial use.

No guarantee of specific outcomes

Service descriptions on the Site are given in good faith. They are not an offer, a guarantee or a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, cost, timelines, ownership and support.

Job listings and applications

Publishing a role doesn’t commit us to hiring. Roles may close before their stated deadline. Applications are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Automated assistant

The Site assistant is automated and gives general guidance based on our published pages. It can’t make commitments on our behalf. For anything binding, please contact us directly.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text and branding belong to Trend&Brand unless otherwise stated. Screenshots of third-party websites are shown only to illustrate our work on them. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

We aren’t responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites that the Site links to.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Trend&Brand LLC’s jurisdiction of formation (Wyoming, United States). This doesn’t affect any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
