Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Trend&Brand collects through trendandbrands.com, how it is used, where it is stored and the choices you have. It covers Trend&Brand LLC (Wyoming, United States) and Trend&Brand Private Limited (Pakistan), together “Trend&Brand”, “we” or “us”. It does not cover our marketplace at trendandbrands.shop, which has its own policies.

Information we collect

Project enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and the optional company, service interest, project description, budget range and timeline you choose to give us.

Job applications

When you apply for an open role we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional portfolio and LinkedIn links, your cover note and, if you choose to upload one, your CV (PDF or Word). We don’t ask for national ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive personal data, so please don’t include them.

The site assistant

The assistant in the corner of each page works in guided mode by default: it runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us or stored. If we enable AI answers in future, typed questions will be sent to our server and our AI provider to generate a reply. We don’t store chat transcripts. The assistant shows which mode it is in.

Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and time) for security and reliability. To stop spam, our forms keep a short-lived counter keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address. The raw IP address isn’t stored with it. We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Cookies

Public pages don’t set cookies. Staff who sign in to our administration area receive a single secure session cookie, which is needed for sign-in and does nothing else.

How we use information

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals you ask for.
• To assess job applications for the role you applied to.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We don’t sell personal information and we don’t use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries, applications and CVs are stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which acts as our data processor. CVs are kept in private storage. They can only be opened by authorised Trend&Brand staff through short-lived links, and they are never publicly listed. If we send a team notification email, it contains only summary details and is sent through our email provider.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards.
• Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we agree with you to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing official@trendandbrands.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
